All of our product ships within 72 hours of our supplier receiving your order and is dependent upon product availability and shipping method chosen by the customer. Our standard shipping is by Postal Service and expected delivery time is 2 to 14 business days. If items are in stock, they are shipped immediately. Your options are:
Within Canada:
Regular Parcel: 4 to 9 business days
Expedited Parcel: 2 to 7 business days
Xpress Post: 2 business days
To USA:
Expedited Parcel: 6 to 12 business days
Xpress Post: 3 to 5 business days to most major cities
International:
Air Parcel: 6 to 10 business days
Surface Parcel: 4 to 6 weeks
If the products are on back-order, we will inform you of the expected delivery time by e-mail. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is shipped.
