Refund Policy:

Although we are sure that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from naturesownnaturalsoap.com, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of your product for return authorization.  There is a  20% restocking fee for all authorized returns and ask that only unopened product, product that is shrink banded and safety sealed intack, be returned.  Any shipping duties and taxes incurred will be deducted from your refund.  Please ship product back in its original packaging along with the return slip to the address provided with your return authorization and lable the package "RETURN TO VENDOR".  Any unauthorized returns or refused shipments will not be accepted as a refund and will be returned to you at your expense.   Refunds will be processed once the product is received and will be in the original method of payment less restocking fee and any incurred duties and taxes.  Please be aware that shipping charges and duties are non-refundable.  We will not accept any returns that are received post-marked later than 7 days of obtaining your return authorization.
