Q. Why use natural soaps over commercially made soaps?

A. Natural soaps contain the natural glycerine that is produced during the soap making process, unlike the commercial soaps that have the glycerine removed .  It is the glycerine that naturally moisturizes your skin and helps keep it from drying out.  Not only are natural soaps much healthier for your skin and body they are also better for the environment.

Q. Are all your products natural?

A.  Almost all of our products are 100% natural however, we do have some products that are nearly natural.  The difference between "natural" and "nearly natural" is that in the natural products essential oils are used to give the products a scent,  "nearly natural" products use a fragrance to give it the scent.

Q.  Can soap get to old?

A.  No.  The scent and colour will fade, but this does not affect the quality.  In fact, the soap will last longer if allowed to age (dry and harden).  Once wet the scent will return.

Q.  How long are your soaps aged?

A.  Our soaps are allowed to age 4 to 6 weeks minimum.

Q. How long should a bar of soap last?

A.  If stored properly in a tray that lets water drip off a bar of soap,  it can last twice as  long as a commercial bar of soap.  Also depends upon frequency of use, if the bar is used daily by everyone in the house then the bar will be consumed faster than a bar used in your guest bathroom.

Q. Why do you use Dead Sea Minerals in your soaps?

A. The Dead Sea Minerals are recognized for imparting a relaxed feeling, nourishing the skin, activating the circulatory system and beneficial for various skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis.

Q.  What is MSM?

A.  MSM is a form of sulfur used by your body to support growth and maintenance of the connective tissue in your body such as cartilage, ligaments, tendons and bones.  It is found in many foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, milk, eggs and lean meat.  MSM also supports your immune system and just about every other part of your body.

Q.  Do your products contain Lauryl Sulphates?

A.  No our products do not contain lauryl sulphates as it has been proven to be damaging to the eyes, skin, digestive system and nervous system.  It is commonly used as a foamer in foaming personal care products and can be described as "derived from coconut oil".

Q.  Are you products tested on animals?  Do they contain animal by-products?

A.  No our products are never tested on animals nor do they contain animal by-products.  Not only do we believe in taking care of our bodies naturally, we also believe that any products we use should not be made at the expense of animals.

Q.  How long does it take for delivery?

A.  Delivery can take 2 to 14 working days depending upon delivery method chosen by customer and availability of product at time of order.  Please refer to our Shipping page for specific information.

Q.  What do I do if I am not satisfied with my product?

A.  If you are not satisfied with your product please e-mail us for return authorization within 7 days of receiving your order.  We only accept returns on unopened product that has its shrink band and safety seal intact.  Please refer to our refund and return policy.
